KIT's Enabling Network Techplan@nyfa.org is a listserv for KIT program participants and others interested in nonprofit technology planning for arts organizations functions as an enabling network. KIT program's listserv provides peer support to nonprofit arts organizations developing technology plans. The network includes participants in KIT workshops and the technical assistance component as well as a number of recognized arts and technology experts who also shared their expertise. Questions posed and answered by participants ranged from nuts-and-bolts issues such as selecting a financial software package to big picture issues about how to manage a technology team effectively.
