Staff Development/Training 1-2 staff members will be trained in network software/hardware. All staff will be required to have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, OUTLOOK and Windows 2000. Arts/Boston will provide a library of tutoring options i.e. Books, CD-ROMs, and/or video for staff to attain a basic level of proficiency. Also, at least one staff member will be proficient in each piece of software and will assist in the training of other staff. We will hire a full-time person to act as both Network Administrator and Webmaster as part of Phase II. |
