Phase I
Will occur immediately and take only 3-4 weeks once funding is attained.
Phase Two Part A
Needs to happen during a quiet phase (either August or January) to minimize the interruption to work flow. The hardware change to the PC format will take place over a 14-week time span. This estimation allows for hardware installation, software conversion and staff training.
Phase Two Part B
Contingent upon redesign of the databases. The ACCESS redesign is expected to take 2-3 months to complete. We plan for 1 month to train staff pending time constraints. If funding will permit it, the database redesign and Phase Two Part B can happen simultaneously.
