* Gather the 3-4 key people in your organization and start talking about technology issues. * Sometimes you can jumpstart the process by addressing short-term in-your-face issue (our computer died), but don't forget to make room for long-term vision-oriented discussion. * Look beyond miracles. Many times people will come with grand ideas about how technology will solve every problem. Try to identify the real issue underlying the solution and focus on that. * Start identifying
